Administration of foreign substances into human body such as medications, drugs and vaccines can frequently lead to various adverse reactions with multitude of gastrointestinal, skin, musculoskeletal, neurologic and respiratory symptoms.
It is estimated that only 5 – 10% of these reactions are true allergic reactions. Whether allergic or not, such reactions can range from mild to life-threatening.
